How do I book and activity?
Planaken suggest you the options that best suits you based on your preferences, so you just need to slect the special one for you.
How can I pay?
It is very easy. Once you book your plan or activity you will be promted to validate your payment. A certificate will be generated and saved within the app for your convenience on top of a confirmation email.
How can I invite my friends?
Within the app at the top right corner you have a dotted triangle that will enable to share your plan and activity with your beloved ones and friends.
How can I be refunded?
Once you have cancelled an activity or plan, we will be processing your cancelation inmediatly and money will be refunded from the payment source used at payment.
Can I cancel my activity?
Look for your booking within the bookings section at the bottom meny bar, select the plan or activity within the upcoming section and press cancel. We will be processing your cancelation inmediatly. Please note that some activities might not be able to cancel a few hours before the event, you can read the conditions on the activity page.
